Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: B/c I really love the board, and I spend a lot of time here. Plus there's times where I see things I'd like to delete/move buuuuut I cant lol.....
Experience: None as a mod, I just sometimes try to help people on the boards. And I usually try to contribute to the Nicki/SnL stuff since thats what I know most about.
How much time could you possible give: Well from now till the 25th i'm around as long as im awake lol....But when school starts I should still be pretty available since I only have 2 classes.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ:

Moderator, not Global moderator, Im well aware of the responsibilities and burdens that a Global mod has, since i previously was one on a busy gaming site. Therefore I wish to only become moderator of the studio section. Before I came to this site the studio section was unfortunately in a mess, people posting random topics everywhere and disses in every thread. I started up a register to keep track of all rappers/DJs/Producers to get a grip of organisation. I then started several competitions to reduce disses and raise competitive levels which will be respected. The studio section is the 2nd most popular forum on this site. I wish to build on that. Where I'm from I respect all members, no member is inferior and no member should be treated any differently, but for some reason here alot of members think they are above other members because they've either been here longer or have more posts. I will keep everything in order in the studio.


Experience:

Like i said I was a former global moderator on a gaming site, I organised teaching of games and gaming clans, and was a former graphics moderator. At the age of 12 i hosted 32 man tournaments, at the age of 13 i hosted 64 man tournaments, that alone shows you how organised I can be. Right now im 15, ive progressed and improved. My dedication can be seen by my average number of posts on this site an my activeness.

How much time could you possible give:

Im from the UK, and a student, yet surprisingly I can give alot of time. Apart from the odd american hours which i sleep in. I have enough time to do anything thats needed. Locking/Moving/Deleting threads don't take long.

Additional information:

Im from London, it would be pretty sensible to add a moderator to your roster if hes from the same timezone as you, so i can cover the same things as you. If any member can rightly deny my abilities of organisation and work rate then ill happily give up my adventure to become moderator.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ:

I want to be a mod on LWHQ because i have a great interest in the site and lil wayne and i want to get more involved and be a part of helping the site become Spam free and stopping "beef" or arguments on the forums, as we are all Lil Wayne fans we should unite an fill each other in on news etc. I'm always on this site giving my attention to reading through posts and topics and enjoy hearing what people have got to say.

Experience:

I don't really have much exprience in moderationg forums but i know the basics of it and i have a growing interest in web design and site moderating so i think it would be good for me and help me learn more.I'm already a Weezy Veteran and spend a lot of my time observing the site.

How much time could you possible give:

I could give almost all day every day (on and off), i'm on this site all the time and i think being a mod would give me more reason to be on here even more. I would give a definite 3 hours per day spread equally through morning, afternoon, evening and night, English time as i live in England but i would be happy to spend more time on here as i am normally on here generally browsing through topics anyway.

Additional information:

Obviously my spelling and grammar isn't amazing in this because i've wirtten this pretty fast but i'm a good speller with a large vocabulary and i feel that would definitley be a good asset to LWHQ. Also since i first become a Lil Wayne Fan i've become more intersted in him and his music everyday and i've found the LWHQ a great place to be when i'm on my PC. Finally i have an interest in LWHQ's feedback off of other sites and organisations so i would give my all to make this a great site for registered users aswell as our guests.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: I dislike spam on this forum. I also dislike it when a new member comes on here and post's things that has already been posted and argue with me for telling them where to post.
Experience: None
How much time could you possible give: 7 days a week for an accumulated six hours a day or more.
Additional information: I can with hold my cursing and just not say anything to the new members that post things that have been post 6-7 times. I am also respected by the senoir members and i have been on here since july.

I guess this should work.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: Well Basically i love this forum, spend most of time on this website whenever i can, trying contribute to threads, help people with any questions or issues and also have a good time talking to other lil wayne fans who are willing to have fun, as you can see ive been here for quite a while and gladly i dont remember having beef or conflicts with other members. Unfortunately i see a lot of things on the forums that brings LWHQ down and for time ive asked for an active mod to correct this because im sure we can attract more members and expand our community by having copetent moderators.

Experience: My bro used to have a gaming forum and i used to help him out putting things in order...

How much time could you possible give: I have school for about 6 hours a day during weekdays but the hours left im either on the PC or on my iphone looking through the forums

Additional information: Well I just hope that the new mod can guide the forum in the right path to make the LWHQ community even bigger and with less conflicts...

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: I want to be a moderator because I feel that I would be a great addition to your staff mainly due to my activeness. The forums, at times, can become very cluttered without a certain number of moderators. That is why I feel that we need an active, helpful, member in the forum such as myself. Not only am I active, but I am dedicated as well. I am dedicated to everything I do, including school (currently make a 3.6).

Experience: I don't have moderator experience per say, but in the past I have created several forums for games, such as Splinter Cell and Halo. So I know the basics of a forum. I do however have leadership skills and I am very responsible. Along with leadership skills, comes my great teamwork. I feel that the LilWayneHQ staff is a team, a team that helps to keep these forums free from spam, ignorance, and racism. And, if chosen to be mod, I would most certainly do my part on the team.

How much time could you possible give: Literally as much as needed. My school hours rang from 7:05 AM EST to 1:50 PM EST. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have baseball conditioning which ends around 4:00 PM EST(subject to change). Besides those times, I can be on pretty much whenever needed. Although I am not on as much as people like skimdudee420, I am on a great amount of time.

I want to be famous in the future whether it be through music or sports. I love hip-hop! Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ:A reason why I want to become a Moderator is that I'm tired of seeing the forums cluttered, full of spam, and new members not knowing the rules of the forums. I want to help with resolving those issues. I never use curse words to try to offend someone, I'm a very hard worker, I'm very work ethical, and I am really commited.

Experience:I used to mod a couple of forums, I'm great with computers, and I have designed my father's website. I also co-manage the site.

How much time could you possibly give:I can be on very often. I do have school from 8:00am to 2:30pm, but I do log onto HQ everyday. I can give about 7 or 8 hours per day if I have the time, which is usually the case since I don't get a massive amount of work each day very often.

Addtional information:So, my real name is Zach Berniquez. I love this site and Wayne. I respect people's opinions and I don't critisize them. And, I'm really sick of the racism, beef, drama and other things like that here on the forums. I love it here on the forums and I would love to help out here since I'm mature, responsible, and dedicated.

Why you want to be a Moderator on LWHQ: I feel that I am a Wayne-Head, or a hard Weezy fan.. that being said. I want to share my experiences and such with more Lil' Wayne fans like me.
Experience: I learn as I go.. what not to say, and how to say it. I'm a "real" nigga. [Meaning, very truthful and speak however I feel on something.] I keep everything 100, so that people will understand me and be able to relate to what am saying.
How much time could you possible give: All I can say is that when I'm on the internet I have three tabs open all the time.. Facebook, LilWayneHQ.com, & Youtube.. So as much as possible. LilWayneHQ is basically my homepage.
Additional information: I will try my best to delete all spammers, fake-fans, and reasonably bad threads, and go beyond and expose more of Lil' Wayne to the fans.. things you've never heard.. or things you never seen. Or maybe things that will give you a reason to continue being a Weezy fan.
