To use the beats on his mixtapes, he'd have to get permission from the artists first, and he doesn't make money off of their beats. It wouldn't be hard for Lil Wayne to get permission since he's so huge, and most artists respect him fully..

NO because it's not for profits and that is why he is against unofficial mixtapes to. Even Empire himself mentioned something along the lines of him being an integral part of the Weezy buzz. Lets be honest here people, the DIO series is one of the tightest out there and Empire would be taking a HUGE risk in not dropping DIO 7. Not trying to talk shit on Empire or anything of course. The hype for this mixtape has skyrocketed in the past few weeks and is only getting more intense. Eventually someone, somewhere will get their hands on it, and if not the people will make sure that they get what they want.
