No, IT IS NOT. Wayne is not stupid enough to out a CD that was already leaked. It's gonna include certain songs off the leak, but other than that it's new. There is NO official tracklist yet, so until then, dont assume stuff

Yall dont get it, any song can be a Carter IV song, nothing special about that. Before CIII any song could be CIII songs, I'll get excited once a single is released

And some of the carter 4 must be leaked to some people that wont leak it (Waynes friends or whatever) because how do we already know there is supposed to be around 30 tracks
