But damn he hasnt hes only 27. But he has had better recent record sales.

I jus dont like da fact dat he went on Hot 97 and tried 2 put people on blast. He didnt have 2 say nada. He couldve been his age and said it aint nada 2 him but he wanna compare shit? Wat happens if Wayne has more money den him? NUTHIN, and someone show me where Baby said dat Wayne had more money then Jay-Z. Like Angie Martinez jus tryna start shit and when Wayne eat Jay alive, den wat? Like wat was Jay thinkin? And didnt Wayne already rip him on Beat Without Bass???
    I'm 'bout my cream like a s'more
You old ass rappers better stay on tour
    You're like 44, I got a 44, I'm 24
I could murk you and come home when I'm 44
People can blast me for this, but Wayne ripped him on his own beat DOA. I wouldnt want this to be a discussion about who would win a beef, but its obvious.
Like I said Jay-Z doesn't rap. Not to mention Wayne ripped Run This Town as well. But anyways, I still don't think Jay-Z has the right to go on a radio show and say he has more money than Wayne. I also don't think Birdman should have either, so it's not a one sided view.
Yeah i get what you mean. Birdman Vs. Jay-Z HaHa. Worst beef ever, if they would have one (money, money, money)

Wayne makes more money in the rap industry
Jay-Z makes alot more in the entrepreneur aspect

Jay-Z wins the money battle 60/40 aginast wayne but why should that matter to the fans? it's not our money.
what should care is the lyrics, and wayne out does Jay in that Imo.

Birdman never said that Lil Wayne has more money than Jay-Z. He said Wayne makes the most money in the rap game. Which is probably true. Jay-Z makes most of his money outside of rap.

He did, but people gotta realize Jay was just trying to send a message (Death of Autotune), Jay could have easily got on it and just straight killed it but wayne got on a beat for a mixtape and just straight ripped it. For the Run this town track, Wayne had the best verse, but Jay already got killed on the album version by Ye.
I hate to be open minded like this, but if Jay-Z did it for an album, why wouldn't he give it his all? It doesn't make sense to me.

For an album it can't be all punchlines, he did it for a meaning... to send a message (to stop autotune). He wasn't trying to go metaphor after metaphor like Wayne did. He was trying to send a message to people to stop using auto tune.

Don't get me wrong, I like his music, but he is not on the same level as Wayne flow wise or lyrically. I'm locking this thread, if you guys would like to talk about Jay-Z, feel free to go to the Music Domain.
