The beat was originally made for Donnis (an ATL rapper) by DJ Needlz. Wayne and Gillie jacked the instrumental and made there own versions.

you dont rip waynes lyrics the instrumental is what comes first then wayne rappd over it alot of beats get thrown around to all difrent artists so he mite of been the 2nd or 3rd person to get that beat alot people shop their shit around im a sound engineer and a dj and i let alot of artists hear beats they mite like and throw the same beats to diffrent artists so thats prob y the instrumentals out b4 the real song and odds are wayne didnt make the trak he just raps over it ya dig
