how the hell do you get a picture as your signature??

I didn't know how to at first either...
but you just get the pic you want as your sig.
Then go to a image host and upload it. (Like http://www.tinypic.com )
Then copy the "Direct link for layouts" code.
Now go back to your user control panel on HQ, profile, edit signature.
Then click the image button and put the link in between there.

Tinypic so easy, just upload a pic
and then it will say
IGQ or something but it's for forums.
and paste it in your sig

I think it should be a short tutorial in user control panel how to upload a sig cuz they are many novices.
Anyway this is off-topic but do I see a new smiley? It is cool!
