PMing those 5 members now all of the ideas that were brought up in this thread. Expect a PM in about 15 minutes if you were one of the 5 members listed previously. If you are a staff member check the Staff section in 30 minutes. I will have a thread up.
@YoungTune. - I do not need an assistant nor do I prefer having one. I work better by myself rather than on a team. Unless we're talkin Halo.....
I don't think it is a good idea to have only the Global Moderators choose the nominees. What I will probably end up doing is having the staff pick their nominees for each category. Although there is only a select number of us, we will end up picking the best nominees as most members will have bias picks.
@Bliss/Jamerson - How is that webpage coming?
EDIT: I just remembered that some Global Moderators and Moderators alike are not on as frequent as others. Everyone post your 5 people (NOT MODS) that should be able to pick nominees. I'm not definitely using this method though...
