I Think this is a bad idea. Why? Because theres 2 many groups of people and people that hate another. Also im 99% Sure there gunna pick there friends for the awards

Well that's kinda how it is for any kind of award giveaways (Shows, Programs, Etc.). Why do you think that a hiphop artist has never brought home album of the year at the Grammy's? It's all bias and for the most part rigged, but my goal is to delete that factor and I hope that I am successful at doing so. I know it is impossible to stop, but I just hope that our community does not already have their mind set on who should win each award. I say wait until you see the categories and nominees to make up your mind.

Also, previously in this thread someone stated that you should only be able to be nominated for one or two categories. I disagree with that because if you have earned the eligibility in all of the categories then you should be able to win.

yeahh i believe the moderators are gonna put any feelings aside and select people that deserve it. but i hope people understand just bc they say "oh im here almost everyday" doesnt mean they deserve an award, bc theres a lot more ppl contributing. but its gonna be fair ppl dont worry
and 2 categories? nawwwwh theres a few members that do a lot or are a lot and deserve more than 2 nominations.. there shouldnt be a limit

My computer has a virus so it's been hard to get my sister to let her let me use hers.
I need to fix it soon.. couple days.
The Awards will be fun and something to help bring the forums together.
There is to much arguin and competition.
Just chill out and enjoy the idea.
Main reason for the people who get to decide is their prior contribution.
It's like seniority. It is your credibility.
This DOES NOT AT ALL mean completely new members are counted out of winning..

Voting will begin on April 1st. The nominees will be chosen around Friday or so and they will be announced on April 1st as well.

Yes, just like the track of the month that I hold every month, it will always be on the first. I have also decided that one member will be inducted into the LWHQ Hall of Fame (HQ Legend) once every 6 months. I will begin the HQ legend in June.
