As for this idea all new members should immediately be directed to the rules then have to take a quiz on the rules. If they fail the quiz then they can't access the site. If they pass and spam for downloads they should have known the rules so they get a ban

that is a GREAT idea
maybe also a parragraph on why you like wayne/join the site ..

speaking of spam, why does everyone have a free youngfire sig? he locked up or is this a joke? again, i know im spamming but no ones in the chat to ask and I dont feel like pm'ing. lol

Oh it's a long story haha...Blame Jrock for him being banned though, took a screenshot not showing everything, YF didn't actually do anything wrong and rock the Free Young Fire sig

It was suggested before then. But don't come in and act the big man saying you thought of it the longest when you only mentioned it yesterday and Danny told me like 4 days ago about it probably happening. That's why you get a face palm

Well i said i thought about it for the longest, then you added why didn't i say anything and i stated i talked somewhat about it yesterday. So again if that's your view on me then cool but we all have our opinions so i will leave it at that.
