I think it's a nice idea but I wouldn't send it every week u know
I don't know how wayne does but I would be get pissed off
at the end of the letter write something like this:
"every LWHQ member and visitor would be just happy to get a response from you... we love weezy (no homo).. Young Muuulaa Baaaby !"

We have over (??) members from all over the world, who help participate in making this site a dedication to you, Weezy... your career ... your music ... your life ... The site is growing every day, which shows that your influence is stretching out, non-stop.
So we want our voice to reach you ! A voice filled with love, friendship, hope and perseverance. And what better way to do this, than by a letter ? So we've asked our members who wanted to participate in this project... and we've gotten a ton of responses ! So, we've put the different peaces of text from all those members together and built this chain letter, which we hope you'll enjoy.

i won a writting contest for the state and im a decent writter
so if u want i can write the introduction & conclusion.
and then since im the closest to rikers island from the two ppl you chose
and yourself, i would print out everything and mail it to rikers island if you want?
i hope my printer doesnt run outta ink and its not a package instead of a letter
