I got word from Danny M earlier today that we will more than likely be making the switch from phpBB to vBulletin tomorrow. I have taken it upon myself to make a suggestions thread to see what features the community would like to see included in this new forum and any other suggestions that you (the community) would like to provide. This thread is for suggestions only and not for complaining about the switch. Any complaining or non-suggestive posts toward what you would like to see included in the new forum will be deleted.
I would like to confirm that almost all data from the current forum will be transferred over to the new forum. Your post count will not be reset and all threads threads will be carried over. The only thing that will be reset is your password and profile information. You can reactive your account and reset your password via your email address that you provided with your account.
Special thanks goes out to Dino, who was the only member of the forum to donate. You will receive special recognition when you activate your account with the new forums. Danny has all of the details on that situation.
Keep in mind that whenever the change is made tomorrow the forums will be down and will be back up as soon as the new forums are completed. It could take between an hour to a day to get the forum cleaned up, organized, and completed, so please be patient.
Anyways, let the suggestions begin. I will also be here to assist you with any questions that you have about vBulletin. When the new forum is up and running a feedback thread will be created to get the communities opinions/complaints on the new forum.
