          I know on the MLG forums you have to have at least 15 reputation points to give positive rep, but they start you with 10 when you sign up. Maybe you need 5 to give positive rep or something. I'm confused.

          Also, - and + rep is completely anonymous, so the only way for people to know it was you is if you leave your name in the comments box when you're giving the reputation.
