User Notes?

When I go to my profile, off on the right hand side there's a link titled 'User Notes'. On my page it says there is one, but when I click the link, it takes me to a page saying I don't have permissions for it.





What even is it?

Everyone has it. It's just a note saying that this user is imported. From when the forum switched from phpBB to vB. So only members who were on the old forums will have it.
