hey thanx a lot bro but the thing is I don't really get how I publish the news on the website i mean do i get to publish on the main page or it is only possible for a simple user to publish in forums and stuff like that?

You can only post in the forums. You gotta get familiar with the sections so I suggest you find that out first.
