just because your "friends" are no longer active doesn't mean the forum fell off. Imtrill actually still posts wayne pics very often.

I think you guys are all confusing seriousness with improvements. The awards where put inplace to help the communtiy and get people a incentive to contribute to the site, weather that was posting pictures, news, or even starting databases of songs, it was all inplace so those people felt like they were being recognised for there work.

I mean if you think the forum was better with flame wars and arguements then that's your opinion, but for me, it was just down to back then the staff being inactive and not doing anything. These days me and chronic and other staff members have things on lock, ban hammer for the bad kids and quick locks and deletions of spam posts and bullshit. The members that were young back in the day are older now and report posts instead of the ones being reported and so a new era begins, nothing new.

Hq is the shit and it's just as good as it always has been tbh.

Some threads are created to tick people off. Like members would get like a load of crap replies just because they had an opinion however the threads NOW a days are nonsense or incoherent which sucks for Lilwaynehq, i dont see as many actiive members anymore

i've seen it get better just in the small amount of time i've been here...

and compared to my previous "forum site": 2003-2008 RGF

there's a lot more of a positive vibe on here, and better info, and more civil/respectful discussion and disagreement.

If you see a thread that you feel is blatenly there to cause flame wars or arguements then please feel free to report the thread and I'm sure the staff will look at it and see what's up...
As for activity? Well I can't actually remember how big the forum was back in 2009 however 580 members have logged in and visited the forums in the last 24 hours. I think that's a pretty big number regardless if activity may of been better or seemed to have been better back in 2009.

i'm assuming the upcoming "c3", and "the leak" had a whole lot to do with the "level" of activity...

also, i think that this is a pretty well "hidden" forum. considering it took me at least 6 months to even realize there was a "forum" that went along with the "blog". or else i woulda been on here within the first month of discovering the site.

once c4 gets closer, more "defined"/public, i think we'll see a good number of new members/more active members. imo, still one of the best sites i've been to.
