Ranking system

Can someone, preferably someone who knows what their talking about, explain to me the ranking system, does it go off how many times you post? Along with reputation, don't really get it

The ranks (first class, sergeant, commander....etc.) is by post count. Higher postcount = higher rank.

Reputation (greenbars) is by other users. If you've done somethin' good they might rep ya. Or maye -rep ya and you'll get less green bars, or even red bars.

Does anyone know the post count, like milestone. I think 100 is one
