Maybe it's just me? But I think we should label the rep icons more excessively.

Maybe a Green plus or tick for positive?
An red minus or X for negative?

I didn't know wtf those things were when I first made this account.
Think I had one more account for 5months or something before this.
but I reckon if we get green symbols an red obviously,
New users will go figure straight away

Also I don't think Danny can change that, it's the developers who made it who coded it not Danny so it's probably going to stay as it is. I mean it's fairly easy one you know which button gives rep out. Not to mention the only people who can give neg rep are vets and staff anyway.

Nope it used to be a free-for-all but we changed it because everyone was just stupidly neg repping and trolling it to make any member look bad and new users so we made it so only staff and vets could do it now.

Well the title doesn't relate to a users knowledge it just means they've donated to the website which is obviously only a good thing to support Danny with the costs of running it which in turn gives you the latest news and information daily. It's just always been that title. You can get the Godfather title at like 7,000 posts or something which is highest rank without donating or being staff.
