Reply box jumping sometimes...??

Sometimes when I reply to someone its like, the box scrolls out of view and keeps jumping(scrolling up and down) everytime I hit a letter. Its usually when multiple people have quoted each other and I reply to that. Hope that made sense.

yaaaaay its not just my browser...whoop. Which is IE by the way, dunno if that matters...

Are you both using Internet Explorer yeah.

What version by the way as well
