Just a couple of suggestions, do you know buttons at the top.. "your name" "notifications "my profile" etc... Would it look smoother if instead of the black boarder, it was transparent instead, like the "welcome" part is.

Also regarding the rep stars, would replacing them with military ranks, for example you get one star you get a "private badge" so many stars you get a sergeant badge, if you have icemans rep you will be a Lieutenant/captian or something really high up.

Could work with police ranks to, like from normal police,to detectives, agents, FBI ect..

or even mafia ranks, from rookie to godfather. Just an idea to go in a new direction for rep.

Another idea: On the banner, could you write "lilwaynehq" on the side of waynes sunglasses, and also embed the logo on the face of his watch. So its like he is wearing a LWHQ watch, don't how good you are with photoshop or if its possible. I know you already have the logo in the middle, but wayne wearing a lwhq watch/sunglasses would be cool I think.

Header is great, but the YMCMB logo in the background is annoying as fuck when scrolling down pages.. The flag alone would probably be better, but at least tone it down a whole lot. Never even noticed the background on the previous look, but it's about time with some changes

They used to be like that mate, but I had to add a box behind them so you can clearly read the text over the banner. I tried all different colours for the text, but none of them could be read easily over the banner.

With the rep stars, I know they may not be perfect, but I still think they are a better option than anything else. I don't really want to start adding military rank images because this is a Wayne forum I know the rank titles are navy based, but I think that should be enough

Where you hit "new posts" and it shows the little orange star on the YM sign you should change that star to black. The little orange thing is too much, black would fit perfect.
