i noticed the member of the year thing did not work this year i was thinking if we could re-approach this in a different way something like we all nominate who should be member of the year and then i pull up a poll with all the names that are mentioned the most and we approach it that way instead of making to many category's as they are hard to keep track of?

I think he should be the right person to do so, since he counts up the points on each song we eliminate, he would count up the voting on each person & declare the winner.
