How to Properly Mention

How do you properly mention somebody with [MENTION=58322]use[/MENTION]r because it barely works for me and I end up having to find a post where somebody mentioned them and copy and paste it. Pretty annoying so how you do this.

PS: Is it different if they have a space such as [MENTION=2]Danny M[/MENTION]

All you do is add the "@" sign before you write the username

Just make sure you don't copy and paste the username unless you are using "Source Mode" posting. Because if you aren't using "Source Mode", it will copy the style with the username like the color, boldness, URL, etc.

I know that might not make sense to you, but when you want to mention someone, just type out their username before the at symbol.
