Bling Bling was created by wayne, yes. But that's it. It's another name to jewelry. So it's normal that people use it

And them lines from Pac, Jay, and BIG that wayne used are obviously a way to pay homage.

Now you listen to stuff like the new Soulja Boy mixtapes... there's a song where he raps "I am a martian" like c'mon son. Game said it, but wayne was actually on the song, so it's a bit obvious why he said it. But why in the hell would souja boy consider himself a martian? what gives him the right to use that metaphor?
