Java/Flash Pop-Up Ads

Be aware their appears to be a malicious pop up on the forums which pops up while surfing HQ asking to update your JAVA and/or Flash. It's fake, incase you didn't realise. Don't download whatever it asks you..and if you have..please download and run:

Anyone else had this or just me so far? Only happens now and then on the forums, I defo don't have virus myself
I've notified Danny so should be gone soon
