I have a question

I'm trying to upload a photo but it says "The Dimensions limits for that filetype are 620 x 280. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually & upload it again. Your file size is currently 500 x 500."

What should I do? Sorry I'm new here.

It's the file type.

If you want to upload a image that is not ".jpg" (so .png or .gif as examples), you will need to re-size the photos yourself first.

However, the ".jpg" images have unlimited width and height requirements
