How do i upload a picture as my avatar?

Settings > My Settings on the left, Change Avatar

You can either select ones we have uploaded or click on the "custom avatar" bit and either browse a file on your PC or alternatively enter the "url" of an image.

Any threads regarding the website, blog, help, support should be posted in the Headquarters section fyi.
