You know how on some msg boards it doesnt allow you to post back to back msgs? Its like, you have to wait such and such seconds to post between msgs? Is it possible to do that for people who have fewer than 500 posts or something?

I think that is a great idea. I also suggest making it so you have to have "X" amount of posts to make a thread. All of these spam threads are get really annoying. -

The higher the "X" amount of posts is the less people there will be spamming. If you make people have 100 posts to create a thread and 50 to view pictures of Lil Wayne (which can be done on Google), there will be way less spammers. Nobody is going to sit there for an hour just to see some pictures. Also maybe put a time gap in between posts like MsStar suggestedOriginally posted by MissDrizzyComment
