How do I post Graphics

I made a Rebirth Sessions cover for my iTunes and I wanted to share it with the community. The problem is when I try to upload it says the max size is 97Kb and my image is 3.2 MB. So it wouldn't let me post as my file is to large. I found a few sites that can lower the file size to the acceptable amount but the quality of the image suffers a lot. Could someone help me with this so I could post the graphic in HQ instead of a blurry mess.

You can upload it to imgbb.com (or any other image uploading site) and then use the “From url” option instead of “From Computer”
