We need more staff for one, barely any active mods, and even then i hardly ever see them do anything..

HQ shouldn't be with intro's should be moved into the community section and ADMINS/MODS should ONLY be allowed to POST news, not random crap by members. Because the latest news mayaswell be the "Lil wayne" section...
