All you have to do is go to your Iphone/Itouch and go to lilwaynehq.com in the browser and press the + icon and it will add it to your spring board. Though everytime you want to get on it you need internet connection. thts what i did and it works fine.

I've got excactly the same thing,
Works good, but an app for LilWayneHQ like Twitter or Facebook would be great tho
