He did'nt do that bad in Back To The Money (Remix), I thought he had the best verse IMO..but some of yall are thinking of rappers entertaining you and making you feel better. Rapping is a technique that you are either good at or you just suck at it. I think of Birdman as a Entertainer. He doesn't rap, he talks. He talks about how he's rich and living the good life. He doesn't rap. So I answered the question as number 2 lol..but some of yall are voting yes just because he was a hustler or because he made YMCMB possible..that doesn't make him a good rapper, it makes him a good business man. Respect to birdman.

This is what pisses me people will never understand that music and rap is all preference!! Dont get me wrong I love a song with meaning but,I also love a song that just straight up entertains me and Birdman does just that. I like listening to his music because, I enjoy it aand it makes me happy. It's not all about story, passion, lyrical skill behind them. I can honestly say that I like every rapper & I like to listen to what they have to say to me instead of saying "nah yo he's the worst rapper ever."

Don't get me wrong, I agree he may make entertaining music. But as this thread was Is Birdman a good rapper? I was stating that he isn't a rapper or at least sucks at being one. Music is a different thing. I mean as for music/entertainment side of it, I agree with it. Songs like Championship bottles is a good song.

Here is my review for Go Girl. Really good song. Very simple and catchy!! The production is different and thats always a great thing. Not sure if you have been told this but you sound just like drake. Thats not a good thing. I m not sure if you tried to but I would try and make some changes so you don t sound so much like him! Other then that, i love the song! great job! Time to get it to local DJ s and get your buzz started after you make the changes.

I think Birdman is a decent rapper. Even tho he only really talks about Money, Cars, Clothes, and Hoes... He use that well for him.

You guys saying "Yes" have no idea...he is actually one of the worst rappers in the game today. He can't even ryhme. His lyrics have no meaning, story, passion, lyrical skill behind them. He just talks about jets, money, and YMCMB and bitches. Honestly Birdman has never delivered a good lyrical verse with adequate ryhming, punchlines, flow, wordplay, or even multi-ryhmes.
