I think he was talking about kidd kidd, that dude leaked a shit load of tracks, and you heard some of the same verse on ym banger, and the orignal track was with kidd kidd so im pretty sure wayne was talking about him.

don't know where too else post this but on itunes its a mixtape by Kidd kidd named kidd of the streets 1.5 and it has a track called She Want Me feat.
