I think they all play a part in keeping his name alive just in their own little way and as far as shouting and wearing the shirts and etc the crown goes to Jae Millz but if they all just running around yelling free weezy and etc i think simple minded people will think that they cannot stand on their own two feet with out Lil Wayne but they all do something imo.
