thats totally fake..like just made for fun haha..there's no way they got their own REAL black card from American Express...if it's anything its some no name bank or credit card brand that needs major promotion but otherwise really..personally i think its just a fake card, i've seen people make these to promote parties etc ..its a cool idea but no need getting jealous over it.
