I hope Nicki does at least 500k. That would be awesome; 500k for a debut album, that would great.
But I kinda have to agree with gigaman23, Kanye is wayyy more known than Nicki and the hype around Kanye's album is out of this world. That why I also think people are gonna buy Ye's album sooner than Nicki's.

The non leak will benefit her in trying to outsell Kanye but really I see it being too close to call. I'm gonna go out and guess Kanye 600-700k first week and Nicki 500-600k. Only due to the fact Kanye is well established, always sells well and he has a huge and secure fan base.

I don't think losing to Kanye matters, just how close she gets to his sales will be what counts. If she can only sell 250k against big competition then that's bad news for her. If she gets close to his sales, you know her future is bright.

But eh, that's just my two cents
