Although Lil Wayne's "America's Most Wanted" tour took an unexpected hit when newly-signed Young Money member Drake re-injured his knee on stage, the show went on - this time with the help of Chris Brown.
The singer, who in February pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna [click to read], made an appearance at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Virginia Beach, Virginia leg of the tour. Brown came on near the end of Lil Wayne's set, according to MTV News.
Brown, whose home state is Virginia, supplied vocals for Drake's song "Every Girl." The young performer also paid tribute to Michael Jackson with a rendition of "Billie Jean." Wayne prompted the crowd to make noise for "the new Michael."
"U kno I had to show him sum luv," is all Wayne said in an email response, commenting on his choise to bring Brown on stage with him.
It is not currently clear whether Brown will join Wayne on any other portions of the tour.
