tickets are sold out here also but isn't it because this european tour was planned a few months ago? but his mother was sick or something and had to do surgery. so the people who bought there tickets then can use them now?

I'm pretty sure what LegendM said is true. Everyone who bought tickets back in summer got their tickets first or something like that, hence why it's sold out, because all those people's tickets have been re-valid again now.
