i say Drake overall is the closest.. he released an album and was just touring now making a mixtape "never good enough" & his 2nd Album "take care".. that boy workin damn harddd lol versatile wen it comes to singn and rappin but a different versatility from wayne cuz wayne is versatile with his flows.. and now hes starting to have a diverse fanbase soon his fanbase will be like waynes if he keeps it up

Worth ethic - I would say that Drake and Nicki Minaj both have the best work ethics other then Wayne. They are working constantly and making new music
