        Re: Young Money vs Aftermath

Dr.Dre will blow every album on the YM sheet in 2 seconds, the only album that stands a chance is C4. It might even sell more then Detox but I don't think you guys were born around when the aftermath/shady/g-unit era was around. They are what Young Money is today. Detox was like that Lil Wayne and Juelz album. Its always getting pushed back. Dr.Dre is one the greatest producers in the game. D12 went like 4x platinum on D12 world. Tyga already had 2 stuio realses and they both flopped horribly. Which is why he has to do so many shows. Around the world! Just look at his twitter. And if Eminem out of nowhere decides to release and album out of the blue. You have yourself the best selling artist of 2011-2012. Making YM only second.
        Just think about it.
Young money are running shit now because they got 3 platinum artises at the momment but Aftermath has 50 cent, D12, idk about this yakelewofl guy. But remember they have Eminem. Eminem> Over everything else. He appeals to more people. And like Wayne said Women Lie Men lie but numbers Don't lie.

                      Big releases from both groups:

                      Young Money

                      • Careless World - Tyga
                      • Like Father, Like Son 2 - Lil Wayne & Baby
                      • Take Care - Drake
                      • Maine 4 President - Mack Maine
                      • Carter 4 - Lil Wayne
                      • Nothing Is Promised - Jae Millz
                      • Don't Get It Twisted - Lil Twist
                      • Gudda Gudda's first studio album

                      Aftermath

                      • Black Magic - 50 Cent
                      • Shady Loyalty First - Cashis
                      • Radioactive - Yelawolf
                      • Detox - Dr Dre
                      • Slaughterhouse Second Studio Album
                      • D12's Third Studio Album
                      • Youth in Asia - Cashis
                      • Bad Meets Evil - Royce Da 5"9 & Eminem.

And there is a chance that Eminem might release another solo album this year.

Who will have the better year?

                      No Hate Please.

Carter IV gonna be big,Drake's album also. Jae,Tyga and Mack will have the same crap they always do..
Black Magic,Detox and Bad Meets Evil gonna be big aswell. Beside Cahis, who kinda sucks in my opinion all of the Aftermath artists are doing great. They got better rappers then YM.

                      So i'll say Aftermath.

yeah he is. i guess g-unit too.
                        slaughterhouse also, slaughterhouse is great.
game, slaughterhouse, yelawolf, eminem, 50 cent & dre ->> main artists of Aftermath.
weezy, drake, nicki minaj & gudda gudda --> main artists of YM.
Aftermath is still great, if you compare both, YM is shit.
Dont understand why weezy signed chuckee twist etc.
he was able to sign slaughterhouse & yelawolf.
                        and he didnt -.-.
the number of sales are speaking for itself, YM ca. 10-15 millions, aftermath more than 100 millions.
Most of YM artists are crap, only mainstream, Aftermath has good artists.
I think Wayne has done a lot of mistakes, with signing them artists. Anytime he'll regret this mistakes.
But I hope there comes a time where wayne will fire them. Then will YM insist of Wayne Drake, Gudda & Nicki.
And some new artists. I guess its gonna be in ca. 2-3 years, cause they will have no succes.
