I believe this is what sparked his plane in Miami getting searched. Him getting charged then subsequently pardoned. Timeline is Hoody and Gudda in car with Cuban Harry when Feds run up on them. Then Wayne / CB get investigated by Feds. Wayne’s plane gets raided.
