Tyga frustrated with YM/CM?

In Storm by Tyga on Black Thoughts 2 he says "Gamblin' can't rely on management, if it's about business ima' handle it"

I think he's angry about them holding him back on the album even though he's been saying it was complete for months.

What do you all think about the line? You think he's tired of waiting behind everyone ?
