What the hell are you even going by? Because he's rapping fast? His lyrics aren't anything mind blowing at all. Nothing witty. He's a great rapper. They're all great songs/verses, but in the setting of a battle Big Sean would win.

Supa Dupa Lemonade, Meant To Be, Final Hour, I Do It, My Last, AOTL, etc. They all show how clever Big Sean can be. That's what would win him the battle. Drake can be as emo and self aware as he wants, if he doesn't have anything to say about Sean he won't win.

Kanye and 50 didn't go at it on wax. That doesn't really count.
50 and Ja Rule, 50 won because he clowned the hell out of Ja. Which is the same reason he beat Rick Ross. The same reason everyone says Em murked Nick and Mariah(damn near every one of his fueds, really). Ether was Nas clowning the hell out of Jay. Jay isn't that type of rapper, hence his loss.
