            1. “Over My Dead Body” – Smooth start out to the album, I expected something crazy based off the title but we get the R&B side of him. I like the girl that sings on the hook, it’s dope. I like Drake’s verses, pretty raw and love his metaphors and flow on the track. I wasn’t feeling the production too much, a little too simple for me, but it’s Drake’s style so I can’t really complain.

            2. “Shot For Me” – On this track we get Drake’s R&B side, I’m not a big fan of Drizzy when he is on his R&B stuff. I can’t hate overall though because it’s what makes Drake a good musician and it’s what made him popular (Best I Ever Had). I like the hook the most from this track just because of how the production switches up, I also like how Drake can switch up on one track from R&B to Hip-Hop which is always great and keeps my interest. Verses are okay too.

            3. “Headlines” – I’m glad this was a single on the album, always gotta love the Hip-Hop in Drake. Straight stunting type track, not really caring about what people say about you and how fresh you are. I love the production Boi-1da really did his thing on it, Hook is okay, I don’t like the “They Know” repeating, but “The Realest On The Rise” is what made up for it so overall pretty good track, good single choice.

            4. “Crew Love” feat. The Weeknd – I don’t like much R&B but Drake’s mentor The Weeknd really surprises me, I didn’t know his vocals were that good, glad he’s with OVOXO definitely a crazy combination. Drake has a quick verse but still amazes me, I love while he’s raps the production switches up, keeps my attention like always. Producer also did his thing, love the beat switch up, but hating that most beats that Drake gets on sound almost the same.

            5. “Take Care” feat. Rihanna – This track blew up on iTunes, it ended up charting on the iTunes singles charts and I can see this being Drake’s next single and I could even see this being Drake’s first #1 song. Drake hasn’t managed to get a #1 song at all yet but this track if he chooses to push it can and will be a number 1 hit. I think the production is a little simple and sounds the same as most beats Drake gets on. Rihanna really does amazing on the hook and if you get Rihanna as a feature it’s pretty much a guaranteed hit.

            6. “Marvin’s Room” – I don’t like Drake’s R&B side that much and really didn’t expect this track to land on his album but I guess it got received well from the public and he decided to add it on the album. I really liked this track besides the fact that it’s towards more of the R&B side. I love the hook, perfect song for people in a relationship. I don’t like how his beats sound the same with like a simple not to crazy beat, I don’t really know how to explain it but he uses the same drums and it’s sounding a bit repetitive and I’m only on track 6.

            8. “Under Ground Kings” – I skipped the interlude, didn’t have much to say for that, but besides that Under Ground Kings is the Hip-Hop side of Drizzy and I’m feeling this track. I think the production fits Drake perfectly and he really knows how to flow on this track. I love his verses too, speaking the truth, managing to rap a story and still make it seem like he isn’t which is crazy and something that I love about Drake. Overall dope track, Dope hook, Dope verses.

            9. “We’ll Be Fine” feat. Birdman – First off I would like to say I’m so glad Birdman wasn’t featured much on this track he would have completely ruined it, Drake knows how bad of a rapper he is so he decided to have him only talk on the track and not actually rap, good move. I love the hook it’s really catchy and Drake knows how to switch it up very easily. Verses are sort of the same, talking about much of the stuff that you can expect Drake talk about, his life, getting big as a rapper, women, etc.

            10. “Make Me Proud” feat. Nicki Minaj – I like this track, glad it was chosen as a single, what really disappointed me is Nicki Minaj her annoying barbie persona on this track really ruined the track. So if she wouldn’t have been featured it would have been perfect but other then that production is dope and something new that I haven’t heard. I love the hook, it’s very catchy, Drake’s verses remind me of Best I Ever Had, rapping about what he likes about the girl and how she is unique. Overall good choice for a single, it would have been better if Nicki wasn’t on.

            11. “Lord Knows” feat. Rick Ross – This track got bad reception, but I think it’s a pretty good track. Production is pretty good, I love the quire on it, Drake does very well on his verses, and Rick Ross did pretty good.

            12. “Cameras / Good Ones Interlude” – This track/interlude was way to long but the Cameras part was pretty dope, don’t got much to say about this though. Production is on point, Hook is dope.

            13. “Doing It Wrong” – I wasn’t feeling this joint that much, like I said don’t really like the R&B Drizzy that much, but I’m pretty sure the average Drake fan will love it, and the average R&B Listener.

            14. “The Real Her” feat. Lil Wayne & Andre 3000 – As you may know we premiered this song with Drake and Lil Wayne only but on the final version we get a quick verse from Andre and I think honestly Andre is what made the song, his verse was funny but true. Drake killed the hook it was very catchy, Lil Wayne had his typical verse. Production is the same as most tracks on this album, kind of getting sick of that.

            15. “Look What You’ve Done” – Another same Production track, this didn’t catch my attention that much. I would like to add that the production did switch up and I always like that in a track. This track sounded more like an Acapella to me then an actual song.

            16. “HYFR (Hell Yeah Fucking Right)” feat. Lil Wayne – Drake spits some quick bars on this track which was new from him and I guess it was okay. Lil Wayne did the hook and I was surprised usually Drake does it on most tracks, Lil Wayne then spit fast bars and it was alright. I didn’t like the hook for the track and Production was okay, I expected more from these two on this track, it was also short.

            17. “Practice” – I’m not feeling this track, same subject about women, R&B Drizzy.

            18. “The Ride” – This track did not stand out to me either, Drake’s bars were pretty good though, I hated the production on this it got quite annoying.

            19. “The Motto” feat. Lil Wayne (iTunes Bonus) – I felt like this track should have not been a bonus and instead HYFR should have been the bonus. This is more of what I expect from Drake and Weezy, its got a dope production, Hook was pretty good, both killed it.

            20. “Hate Sleeping Alone” (iTunes Bonus) – I also felt that this track should have not been a bonus track, it’s better then 70% of the tracks on Take Care and reminds me of 9 AM in Dallas which is a good thing. The production is the same though as most tracks on this album which is getting annoying. I liked the hook though pretty nice R&B side, I felt like it needed that. The track did not disappoint overall.

+ Drake managed to keep my interest in most tracks, flow is on point, very nice hooks too.

+ Drake managed to provide a lot of tracks on this album, metaphors are amazing on most tracks and most tracks did not disappoint.

            - Too much R&B for my taste, makes it hard to have any replay value, I can’t bump it in my whip at all.

            - Most production sounds the same, lots of tracks on the same subject, hated that this album was mostly aimed for women to listen to.

The overall score I give for this album is 8 out of 10.

What a fail, maybe the best verse on the whole album

              But pretty good review
So Lil Wayne, Whats your motivation?

              'Is that really a question?
Do you really have that written down in your notepad?
You should be ashamed of yourself
              You smell me girl
              I smell like money'

After listening to this album every day since it leaked, I can definitely say that this is my favorite album of all time. Don't shoot if you disagree, though, this is just my opinion. While Drake does talk a lot about women, money, fame, etc. he does it exceptionally and puts a lot of emotion in the songs. I just think the whole album is a masterpiece and has a lot of replay value for me. Listening to it from beginning to end is like engaging on a wonderful journey in music. I also am usually one to appreciate more the fast, raw rap songs, but man, this is my shit.

In my city (if you can call it that lol) I have never heard anyone talk about Wayne before How To Love. I mean it was just like he didn't exist. But HTL and Mirror put Waynes Name in the mouth of a lot of people.

Now HYFR is exploding... I haven't seen to much people talking about Take Care in general, but I see HYFR quotes and lyrics on fb everywhere... Nice!

Also, random note: His grandma's call at the end of Look What You've Done was so moving.
