take are is waaaay better. like smart ppl have said before me, the effort and 'care' drake put into it is heard and felt by the listener. All tracks!. In maybe 3 or 4 songs on c4 did the listener really feel any effort, and most of those were bonus.

Drake is on top of the game right now, hands down. But since he's singing a lot, i think the door is still open for kendrick and ross. Did yall fully take in kendrick's verse?!?! Damn, it was so smooth.

p.s. wayne's verse on HYFR is the wayne that we need, that should be his bare minimum. His feature on the so good, is the one we need. His next project that is released will tell us a lot.

Yeah some of the beats like Mirror and Novacane were pretty good, but other beats like Intro and Like the view...

My two cents: I would have to give it to Drake hands down. While C4 would have been considered a damn good album if it came out before C3, emotionally it is completely hollow. The emotion Drake puts in his lyrics and delivery is what sold me from the very first single of the album. I haven't found a song I don't like / can't relate to. Take Care as a whole is a concept, a story. C4 is just an album filled with individual songs that don't really connect.

Don't say that, Novacane is one of his most emotional songs, it saved the album for me tbh.
I agree with the rest of your post, when I listen to Take Care I have the idea that I listen to an album, and with C4 I don't.

Take Care is better than Tha Carter IV and that's tough to say cuz I'm such a huge Wayne fan. But it doesn't mean c4 was bad?
I still bump c4 and I thought it was a solid, 2011 edition to Tha Carter series.. it could of been worse and it delivered to me.
But Take Care is taking YMCMB to new places.. Drake's on the path to be one of the greatest.
