i think he got a condo on south beach because i read something about that some time ago
and in one MTV Interview with sway he's in a condo in Miami , the how to be a stunna episodes were also shot there
it would be logical that he doesn't want a house after what happend to his last due to hurricane katrina.
In an other interview he was talking about the space for the cars they gave him he said something bout a condo where he lives.
