It's the "Ladies Love Drake" case all over again. Somebody's trying to make money off Drake's name by releasing fake albums.
Off topic: HMV also says Detox is being released on April 16 2012. Like that's gonna happen.

It's just a bootleg mixtape. Tons of CD shops sell them. Best Buy usually has a bunch.
