Might be because he does like one tape every year or two and nothing else, he doesn't try to get on any songs with other rappers, barely any with his own team. He only has himself to blame for his underrated-ness, if he got more involved I'm sure his career would change rapidly.

He doesn't really try that hard. At least the other YM underdogs (Millz, Gudda, Chuckee, etc) put out a shitload of music and tour a lot. They're making an attempt to become bigger, while Short shows no effort.

True i was thinking that the other day that his songs dont really have meaning or anything but still his deliverery is mad in many songs he makes it is a typical topic but he does it in a cool way instead of the boring delvery of gucci mane
