How can you call it a sellout hip-hop song when it's not even hip-hop? It's 100% pop
Tbh, y'all just mad because Nicki hasn't delivered a solid rap song in a long time. Chris Brown is an R&B singer, yet he does rap songs and dubstep dance songs. I don't see anyone complaining on that

Yes it's fuckin true, I hate it now when hip hop artists explaination for doing these type songs now are " Oh I'm just trying something new, I'm not just hip hop, I trying to widen my verizon" That's bullshit bitch because when rappers like Pac were saying they weren't just hip hop, they meant there music had a deeper significance in meaning. He didn't try crossing over to different genres. I had respect for her before but this bitch is garbage now. She also not a positive role model.

They do. But not many, and that's mainly because goin' from r&b/pop to hip-hop isn't as bad as the other way around tbh. I know Nicki's a girl and all that, but rap is why she became who she is. Fuck if she mixes a lil mainstream in it (like Super Bass etc) but goin' completely pop as a rap artist is just a no no in my book.
