So here is a lil interview by me & my team with Detail Tailz (producer, artist, writer, beatmaker, and member of the big YMCMB family. He has produced such Lil Wayne's hits as «How To Love», «You Da Shit», «I Hate Love» and many others). Detail talks working with Lil Wayne, Torion, and Shanell's upcoming mixtape «Nobody's Bitch».
Hey Detail! We're a big source for everything YMCMB from Russia. And we are really honored to have a chance to take this interview. Here are just a few questions for you to answer.
- First off we would like to ask have you ever been to Russia and if not, would you like to visit it one day?
Answer: Yes
- When and how did you open your talent and realized that you wanted to make music?
Answer: When i was a kid
- What do you like more to expand as a producer or artist?
Answer: Thats a good question
- By the way, when can we expect some new stuff from you? A mixtape or maybe even an album?
Answer: Definitely this Year
- Did you produce anything for Shanell’s new mixtape «Nobody's Bitch»?
Answer: ummm we were discussion using one of the songs i did for the album to go on da tape but i think she should keep it for the album because its big records
- After the success of "How To Love", a lot of people say that they love the Lil Wayne x Detail collaborations. Every one of them is a banger! Can you tell us a lil bit about working with Tunechi? Can we expect something new from you guys?
Answer: its easy because we both on the same creative field & so we approach it hard... so its really more of a fun thing than work... n yes we got back in for the next album but I'm not going to speak on it so you will see.
- We all are looking forward to the first Torion’s single. As far as we know, you produced it and there are all YM bosses such as Wayne, Birdman and Mack Maine on it. What does it sound like?
Answer: well for him being so young it took me some thought to make sure its the right record to be in the club or whether its the radio or rhythmic record because lets nots forget his age so the record can't be dirty like too dirty hahaa... but i played him some music when we got in the studio & i just loved his vibe as a young guy with energy so ready to get it, so i said scratch it all & brought the magic wand out & sprinkled some color to the music on this one. we will get in the studio few more times good things to come Shout MAckmaine & the Team good decision.
