I've found the official tracklist for SQ2. All the tracks can be found on the Collector Edition versions of SQ2 and SQ3. I also found a CDQ of the official SQ2 but it's password protected .

The cover looks like (writing and style) "Now Or Never" and other CD's from the group after they split up. So it's maybe a re-release? I agree with you, both seems official.
