So Far Gone Vs Take Care Vs Thank Me Later

I'm not the biggest Drake stan, but I did like So Far Gone and some of his older features. I HATED Thank Me Later and I thought Take Care was OK at best (light years better than TML).

1. Comeback Season (Drake was still hungry at this point, IMO, his only classic)
2. So Far Gone (It was pretty good, had some great tracks and a great balance of singing and rapping)
3. Take Care (The most solid of all of his releases. I didn't like it much at first, but now it's grown on me. I don't like the poppy/soft tracks, like Practice, Take Care & Make Me Proud. But it was ages better than his debut and has a certain charm to it)

I Choose Take Care as #1 because to me this provided us with like Drake said the full story from his rise to fame to becoming famous and it seemed like he had a bit of personal element along with songs that could be seen on billboard charts I.E. Crew Love ft The Weekend Take Care ft Rihanna Headlines and Make Me Proud ft Nicki while still providing us with the warm sound of stevie wonder playing on Doing It Wrong to personal stories about his mother and uncle on Look What You've Done overall this was and still is/will be the best album of the year

I choose So Far Gone as #2 because this mixtape in 2009 was completely responsible for changing the mixtape game forever because not only did he provide amazing remix's and vocals on the tracks but he also produced a few hits from a MIXTAPE which for the most part is rarly heard of

I choose Thank Me Later as #3 because well look at the name Thank Me Later to me that obviously says that Drake knew this would not be a great project and it was to rushed the lyrism on it was completely horrible from every feature and Drake which was dissapointing but I won't completely bash Thank Me Later he did have some decent songs Karoke Up All Night Light Up and Miss Me but overall I wasn't impressed I expected better

As a whole album, you gotta go with Take Care. I still listen to it, such a great album. I don't fuck with SFG or TML anymore, neither of them have the replayability (idc if that's not a work) of TC
